• To respond to your quote request and arrange a walkthrough

3. Information we do not collect

• We do not collect payment card details through this website
• We do not request government identification numbers or financial account information through the quote form
• We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16

4. How long we keep your information

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:

• Quote requests that do not become jobs are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted
• Active client records and job history are kept for up to 7 years to support warranty, tax and accounting requirements
• Records are deleted or anonymised once they are no longer required
